A tailor-made formula to suit the business needs of La Cabana Beach and Spa Resort was executed by Prashant. He carefully understands the operations and designs his "Hotel Success formula" which caters to all departments of our resort including the Spa and the restaurant Palasha. The format is easy to implement. They have an excellent support system and offer training to the staff members. Post implementation our teams performance has greatly improved and each department is accountable. It is easy to monitor daily occupancy, inventory, sales, stocks etc. All relevant information is easily accessible, avoiding duplication of tasks.
