When we started working on our start up of pre-mixed cocktails, we had a vision but were unsure whether we would start small and test the market or make it big.
Like a God sent angel, Mr. Prashant Kumar messaged me and agreed to guide me as he felt that this project could succeed if planned well and that was exactly what we needed. His motivation gave me the confidence to dream big and work towards achieving it. We've been having weekly online meets to discuss progress and the way forward. A tailor-made formula to suit the business needs of La Cabana Beach and Spa Resort was executed by Prashant. He carefully understands the operations and designs his "Hotel Success formula" which caters to all departments of our resort including the Spa and the restaurant Palasha. The format is easy to implement. They have an excellent support system and offer training to the staff members. Post implementation our teams performance has greatly improved and each department is accountable. It is easy to monitor daily occupancy, inventory, sales, stocks etc. All relevant information is easily accessible, avoiding duplication of tasks. As a result our sales & service has improved, and operational costs have reduced. The best part is that I can track what is happening inside the resort anytime, anywhere. A wonderful system, highly recommended for the hotel industry!
